What is on the wrapper?
A cartoon character with slicked black hair, a jutting oversized jaw and a wide leering grin, in a blue jacket and trousers, one hand raised. The catchphrase runs across the wrapper three times in stacked brown lettering. An animated-sitcom archetype, deliberately kept unnamed — the phrase is what people recognise.
Is it a real condom?
Yes. It is CE marked and certified to ISO 4074, the international safety standard for latex condoms: 52mm nominal width (±2mm), over 180mm long, 4 to 5 year shelf life. The joke stops at the foil. Made by Kissy Bang Bang, a London printer of funny condoms since 2007.
When to hand it out
