What is on the wrapper?

A red first-aid cross in the centre with a small red heart either side, ORGASM on a red banner above, DONOR on a black banner below, and a gold strapline reading GIVING IS RECEIVING between two stars. Laid out exactly like a donor card, which is the entire joke.

Is it a real condom?

Yes. It is CE marked and certified to ISO 4074, the international safety standard for latex condoms: 52mm nominal width (±2mm), over 180mm long, 4 to 5 year shelf life. The joke stops at the foil. A Kissy Bang Bang design, printed in London where the brand has run since 2007.
