What is on the wrapper?
A stout cartoon figure in a navy bicorne with a red cockade, blue tailcoat with gold epaulettes and white breeches, one hand slipped into the front of the coat. Napoleon in red script below with a pink outline. The famous portrait pose, and a joke about compensating.
Is it a real condom?
Yes. Underneath the printing it is a fully certified condom: CE marked, ISO 4074, 52mm nominal width (±2mm), 180mm-plus, with a 4 to 5 year shelf life. Nothing about the joke touches the latex. Kissy Bang Bang started printing these in London in 2007 and has not stopped.
