What is on the wrapper?
A rounded cartoon hand with the thumb raised, drawn in the flat blue-and-white style of a social feed’s approval button, emerging from a blue phone handset, with gold sparkles around it. SEX in yellow with a blue outline underneath. Deliberately generic iconography, doing a joke about what people actually endorse.
Is it a real condom?
Yes. It is CE marked and certified to ISO 4074, the international safety standard for latex condoms: 52mm nominal width (±2mm), over 180mm long, 4 to 5 year shelf life. The joke stops at the foil. Made by Kissy Bang Bang, a London printer of funny condoms since 2007.
When to hand it out
