Sexual health services hand out condoms all year, so the wrapper is free outreach if you use it. Put your clinic, service or scheme on a real, certified condom, in bulk, with your booking or helpline QR code on the front. Kissy Bang Bang supplies branded, CE and ISO 4074 certified condoms from just 50 pieces, delivered discreetly, with a photo of your real printed wrapper before we run the full order.
Clinic condoms, sorted
- Your service name, scheme or partner branding, printed in full colour on the wrapper.
- A booking or helpline QR code on the wrapper, so a freebie becomes outreach.
- From 50 pieces for a pilot, scaling to bulk for ongoing supply.
- CE and ISO 4074 certified and factory-tested. Discreet delivery. We beat any like-for-like quote.
Branded harm reduction that works
A plain condom does one job. A branded one does two, because the wrapper carries your service name and a way to reach you long after someone leaves the clinic. People keep them, which means your booking link or helpline travels in pockets and bags across the area you serve. It is the cheapest piece of standing outreach you can put your name on.
What you can put on them
Your clinic or service name, an NHS-partner or scheme co-brand, C-card scheme branding, a helpline number and a QR code to booking or advice, or a short safer-sex line. Full colour on a white wrapper, or any wrapper colour through full-foil print.
Certified and reassuring
The condom itself is the part that has to be right, and it is. Every one is CE and ISO 4074 certified and factory-tested to the same standard as any high-street brand. Printing your design on the wrapper does not touch the condom inside, which stays standard fit. You are branding the packaging, not changing the product.
Certified medical devices, not novelty stock
For a clinical or governance file this is the line that matters. When a UK venue once handed out thousands of novelty condoms with no expiry date, no batch number and only tiny “not recommended for use” wording, health officials publicly called it irresponsible. Everything we supply is the opposite: real, usable medical devices, CE marked and certified to ISO 4074 (BS EN ISO 4074), with the expiry date and batch number on every foil. Your service branding sits on the outer wrapper only and does not affect the device or its certification. You are handing out compliant stock people can actually use, with the paperwork to prove it, not a gimmick that fails an audit.
How clinic orders work
- Send your artwork or a rough brief. We set it up for free, with no origination fee.
- For orders over 100, approve a real photograph of your printed wrapper before we run the rest.
- We print and dispatch, discreetly, in plain packaging.
Pricing for clinic supply
The price per condom drops as the run grows: 50 at £0.99 each, 100 at £0.76, 250 at £0.59, 500 at £0.49, 1,000 at £0.39, and 5,000 at £0.33, with no setup fee. Start with 50 for a pilot, then scale to a standing order once the design is signed off. For the full breakdown, see our custom condom price list, or read the wider guide to custom branded condoms.
For councils, charities and outreach programmes
We supply branded, certified condoms in bulk for public health teams, charities, C-card schemes and community outreach, delivered discreetly. The same model fits campus and event work too: see our condoms for universities and condoms for festivals pages for those settings.
Our condoms are certified medical devices (CE marked, tested to BS EN ISO 4074) with the expiry date and batch number on every foil, which is what commissioning describes as the “provision of contraceptive and sexual health medical resources.” Condoms are generally classified under CPV code 33712000 (contraceptives more broadly under 33641400), within what NICE calls “condom distribution schemes to prevent STIs.” To be clear, we are a custom printer supplying branded campaign and outreach stock, not an NHS Supply Chain framework holder, so we suit your scheme-branded and campaign condoms rather than framework clinic call-offs. We provide the conformity certificates for your commissioning or governance file on request.
Buying as a council, charity or public sector team
The compliance answers are above. This is the boring half, the part that actually gets an order through a finance system.
- Purchase orders are fine. Raise your PO against our written quotation, we print and deliver, then we invoice quoting your PO number, payable 30 days from the invoice date. You do not have to pay up front.
- You get a written quotation with unit price, quantity and lead time, so there is something to attach to the requisition and keep on file.
- Supplier setup is quick. We trade as Kissy Bang Bang; the registered company is Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd, company number 06417974, based in London. We will complete your new supplier form and send bank details through whichever channel your finance team prefers.
- No framework needed at this value. A branded outreach run is a low-value direct purchase, and spend at this level is normally handled on quotations rather than a tender. The standing orders or scheme of delegation at your organisation set the exact threshold, so check yours.
One limit is worth repeating rather than burying. If you need framework clinic call-offs, we are not the route. If you need scheme-branded or campaign stock ordered directly by a local authority team, a charity, a voluntary sector partner or an NHS-partnered service, that is exactly what we print.
How UK public health runs condom schemes
Free-condom distribution is long-established public health, not novelty. The LGBT Foundation has run a condom scheme since 1994, reporting more than 31 million packs distributed and reaching around 90,000 people a year. London’s HIV prevention programme (Do It London), commissioned by Lambeth on behalf of all 33 boroughs, has distributed roughly 1.5 million condoms across 80-plus venues and is associated with a reported 41 per cent fall in new HIV diagnoses since 2015. Public Health Wales runs its supply under a transparency notice for the “provision of contraceptive and sexual health medical resources.” These are examples of how commissioners run schemes, not our own programmes, but they are exactly the outreach your certified branded stock is made to serve.
