We want you to feel confident ordering from us! Because our condoms are custom-designed for each customer—and for health & safety reasons—returns and refunds are only possible in very limited cases.

🎨 Custom Products & Hygiene

All condoms are printed to order, just for you. Once made, custom condoms cannot be returned or refunded—even if unopened—because:

  • They’re unique to your design (we can’t re-sell them)
  • Condoms are regulated as hygiene products—we can’t accept returns for health and safety reasons

Please double-check your artwork and order details before approving your design!

đź’” Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, let us know within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Use our Contact Form with your order number and a clear photo of the item & packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for affected items

For safety, we may ask about storage conditions (e.g., if left in heat or sunlight).

⏳ Cancellations

If you cancel before production starts, you’ll get a full refund or store credit. Once production begins, cancellations or changes aren’t possible.

📦 Non-Custom & Wholesale (if applicable)

If you buy non-custom products (funny condoms), unopened items can be returned within 14 days (you pay return shipping).
