Version 2.2. Last updated 29 May 2026. Applies to consumer purchases from KissyBangBang.com. Business and bulk orders are governed by our separate Business Terms.
1. Who we are & what these terms cover
KissyBangBang.com is operated by Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd (trading as Kissy Bang Bang™), a company registered in England and Wales under number 06417974. Our trading address is Eurolink Business Centre, 49 Effra Road, London SW2 1BZ, United Kingdom. Our VAT number is GB 930 9561 16.
These terms form the contract between you and us when you buy from our site as a consumer. By placing an order you confirm you've read these terms and agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't order.
Buying for a business, an event, or in bulk? Those orders are covered by our Business Terms, not these.
2. Definitions
"We", "us", "our" means Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd. "You" means the person placing the order. "Site" means KissyBangBang.com. "Goods" means anything you order from us. "Personalised goods" means anything made or printed to your specification, including DYO (Design Your Own) products.
3. Placing an order & payment
When you complete checkout, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. That email is the moment a contract is formed.
We accept major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where the order looks fraudulent, or where the design you've uploaded breaches section 6. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full within 14 days.
4. Pricing & VAT
All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP). Condoms sold via this website are charged at the UK reduced VAT rate of 5% under VAT Notice 701/57. Any non-condom products (such as accessories) are sold at the standard 20% rate where applicable. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.
We try to keep prices accurate. If we spot an obvious error after you've ordered, we'll tell you and you can choose to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Custom & personalised products
Personalised condoms are made specifically for you, so they fall outside the standard 14-day right to cancel. Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once you've approved your design and we've started production, you cannot cancel and we cannot offer a refund unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
For orders of 100 pieces or more, we send you a real photo of the actual printed wrapper before we dispatch. You approve the photo, then we ship. If the print isn't right at the photo stage, we fix it free.
We keep your design file for 90 days after dispatch so we can handle reprints or follow-up orders. After 90 days we delete it unless you ask us to keep it longer.
6. What you can and can't upload
You're responsible for everything you upload to our designer or send us by email. By uploading content you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce it for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
We won't print, and we'll cancel and refund any order that contains:
- Any indecent or sexualised image of a person under 18 (Protection of Children Act 1978)
- Copyrighted images, logos, characters or artwork you don't have permission to use
- Registered trademarks belonging to someone else
- Real people's faces or names without their consent
- Content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination on any protected characteristic
- Content that's defamatory, threatening or harassing
- Anything illegal under UK law
Where we're legally required to report uploaded content (for example child abuse imagery), we will. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from content you've uploaded.
7. Shipping & delivery
Estimated dispatch times are shown at checkout and on our FAQs. We dispatch from London by Royal Mail and tracked couriers depending on order size.
If we can't meet the indicated dispatch time we'll let you know and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. Once goods are dispatched, risk passes to you on delivery.
If your parcel doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date so we can investigate with the carrier. We can't claim for parcels reported lost after 30 days because most carriers won't accept claims that old.
8. International orders
We ship worldwide. For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom you may be charged local duties, taxes, or import VAT by your country's customs authority on delivery. Those charges are your responsibility, not ours, and we can't predict the amount in advance.
If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we'll refund the cost of the goods less any return shipping or destruction fees we incur.
9. Your right to cancel (non-personalised goods)
If you've ordered standard non-personalised funny condoms, you have 14 days from the date you receive them to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us in writing (email is fine), then return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Return postage is at your cost. The goods must be unopened and in resaleable condition. We'll refund the price plus the basic delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
This right does not apply to personalised, custom or made-to-order goods (see section 5).
10. Returns, refunds & faulty items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, and we'll cover the return postage for genuine faults.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning any goods. Until we receive them, they remain your responsibility.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Product safety
All condoms we supply are CE-marked and certified to ISO 4074. Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and check the expiry date on the wrapper before use.
Latex condoms can cause allergic reactions in a small number of people. If irritation occurs, stop use and seek medical advice.
Condoms are designed for single use. We can't be held responsible for failure caused by improper storage, expired product, oil-based lubricants used with latex, or use not consistent with the product instructions.
12. Our liability to you
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or purchase of goods is limited to the price you paid for the order in question.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of expected savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including images, graphics, logos, designs, text and product photography, is owned by Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd or our licensors. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or commercially reuse any content without our prior written consent.
"Kissy Bang Bang" is our trade name. "Want to see Big Ben?" is a registered UK trademark (UK00002536006).
14. Events outside our control
We're not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal or courier strikes, severe weather, pandemic disruption, power or internet outages, fire, flood, war, supplier failure, or government action. If such an event affects your order we'll contact you and offer either a revised timeline or a full refund.
15. Privacy & your data
Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd is the data controller for personal information you provide. We use your data to process your order, deliver your goods, handle support, comply with our legal obligations, and (with your consent) send you marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We share data only with the processors needed to fulfil your order: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, our email platform, and our hosting and analytics providers. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch via our contact page.

16. Complaints
If something's gone wrong, tell us first. Send us a message via our contact page with your order number and what's happened. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them within ten.
If we can't reach an agreement, you have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the site at the moment you placed it. We'll post material changes prominently on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
18. Other legal bits
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these terms isn't a waiver of that right. These terms, together with your order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the goods you've ordered.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to a successor business as part of a sale or restructuring.
19. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or another EU member state may bring proceedings in their local courts where required by local consumer law.
