1. Introduction & definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KissyBangBang.com ("our site") and form the basis of the contract of sale between you ("the customer", "you") and Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd (trading as Kissy Bang Bang^®) ("we", "us"). By browsing or purchasing from our site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.

3. Ordering & payment

We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order via a secure, encrypted connection. By ticking the “I accept the Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy and confirm I am at least 16 years old” checkbox at checkout you confirm your legal capacity to purchase and enter into a contract with us.

For custom‑printed condoms you will receive an on‑screen proof; production begins only after you approve that proof.

4. Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on our site are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Custom & personalised products

Personalised condoms are manufactured to your specification and therefore qualify as made‑to‑order goods. By approving your design you acknowledge that production will start immediately and, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you lose your statutory right to cancel once manufacture has begun.

Your responsibility for uploaded content: You warrant that all images, graphics, text or other material you upload ("Content") are either owned by you or you have the necessary permissions to use them. We reproduce the Content exactly as supplied and do not moderate it for copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal issues. You grant us a non‑exclusive licence to reproduce the Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and you agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, costs or liabilities arising from our use of the Content as instructed by you.

6. Shipping & delivery

Estimated dispatch times are displayed at checkout and on our FAQs page. If we are unable to meet the indicated timeframe we will notify you and offer either a revised date or a full refund. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right to cancel (standard goods)

For non‑personalised items you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as provided by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You then have a further 14 days to return the items. Return postage is at your cost unless we failed to inform you of this beforehand.

8. Returns & refunds

Funny condoms: If you are not satisfied you may return unopened packs within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Faulty items: If any product is damaged or defective, please reach us via our contact page within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Warranty & product safety

All condoms supplied are CE‑marked and manufactured to ISO 4074 standards. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Latex condoms can cause allergic reactions; if irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the site or purchase of products shall be limited to the total value of the order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11. Intellectual property

All site content—including images, graphics, logos and text—is the property of Goldmine Souvenirs Ltd or its licensors. Except to the extent necessary for ordinary browsing, you may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent. By uploading Content you confirm you hold all necessary rights and you indemnify us against any third‑party claims arising from the Content.
